At the moment Beltango is one of the most requested tango orchestras in
the world of tango. Except performances on the concert stage they
especially like to make direct fusion with tango lovers and social
dancers at tango festivals, tango balls and gran milonga's.
Beltango creates a great atmosphere at the dance floor with the mixture of deep emotions and high energy, colored by virtuosity and the special feeling from each musician. Spicy smell and hot blood of Balkan, combined with more than 15 years of experience in "Stilo el Tango" give to tanguero and milonguero people all over the world something really special and unforgettable. Best sign of Beltango's successful performances is many year-by-year invitations, from most prestigious tango festivals and events.
Beltango was founded in Belgrade, Serbia, 1998, by the professor, bandoneonist and composer Aleksandar Nikolic. Quinteto Beltango present all abundance of tango repertoire. Apart from traditional tango pieces, compositions of the tango nuevo trend of Astor Piazzolla and modern tango, they also present their own Beltango compositions from "Balkango" opus.

This night is together with Gabriel Battaglia's special PHANTASTango! festival orchestra "La Greda" dedicated to the Argentinian folklore!
After a listening concert part including a folklore show by our teachers Maximiliano & Laura, you will get the chance of dancing Chacarera, Zamba und Gato. To make you fit for this sensitive dance, not only offer we a Chacarera laboratory but also two classes for Zamba and advanced Chacarera. When the folklore part is over, they will play another live set with Tangos, Valses and Milongas for you!
Gabriel Battaglia was born in Buenos Aires into
a family of musicians. At the age of 6 he started learning guitar and
also studied both folklore and Tango Argentino in his family
environment. His music carries a strong connection between the roots
and the essence of the Argentinian music, which is constantly refined
and re-invented by him. His personal and free interpretation translates
into a constant renewal of his music still carrying the spirit of the
Rio de la Plata.
He has been living in Germany since 1989,
currently in Berlin. Since then he played in numerous theaters,
festivals and milongas.

Collectif Roulotte Tango is a young ensemble presenting fresh arrangements of traditional tangos from Di Sarli to D'Arienzo in a charming French style. The 4 musicians proof Tango not to be only a sad thought but humour and exuberance, too.
